permanent teeth' but if you go to a nice great dentist lyk the one i went to(its 'Smiles Inc' btw)(at suntec)(her name's Dr Nancy Wong((:) its barely painful...but of cause after the painkiller stuff goes off, a bit pain lah..but if you eat panadol b4 the thing wears off...then its really painless..
